Rather than becoming too entangled within the content of our story, it is essential that we become familiar with our nervous system. Many of us are walking around with a dysregulated nervous system caused by old trauma, therefore rationalising our problem will most often not relieve us of it; our anxiety and depression will persist until the system becomes regulated again, which is a process within the body.
